We had to move Mom over to assisted living & needed to sell her property. We enlisted Eddy U to sell the property. He came by and made suggestions to the landscape to improve the curb appeal. Then we cleaned up the inside & Eddie helped with staging, letting us know about clutter and what to leave for taking photos of the inside, which he coordinated with the photographer and getting the photos online. Once the property went live, it sold first day.
