I found myself in a pickle. I had bought a home that I thought that I could flip. When I found myself in too deep I contacted Eddy. We placed the house on the market in the fall season. Nobdy was interested in my home. We discussed pulling it off market until the next spring season. Eddy then re-listed in spring and found a buyer that knew what he was doing. The buyer made a generous offer that we went ahead with. Eddy did an excellent job with advertising, staging, viewing, and full confidence throughout the sale.
